Management

Yoga and Pranayama instructor is exclusively appointed to conduct sessions every day.
Physical Instructor is exclusively appointed to look after the gym.
Physical Instructor and members report to the sports in-charge who in turn reports to the head of the Institution, regularly.

Gymnasium

A healthy and sharp mind is the root mantra of a successful and happy life. PICT has well equipped Gym facility for students and staff with specially appointed trainer.

The timing for Gym is 6 am to 8 am & 5pm to 8 pm
The students make use of the facility on day-to-day basis.
The Gym is made available for students and staff.

Yoga & Pranayama

“Yoga & Pranayama” is an ancient discipline designed to bring balance and health to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the individual. The “International day of yoga” is being celebrated annually on 21st June every year. PICT organizes regular “Yoga & Pranayama” practice at campus for students & staff.
