Administration Office

The Administrative Department of PICT is intended to provide satisfactory service to all stakeholders including students, staff and parents.

The Administration Office has Student Section and Establishment Section.

Students Section: It handles matters related to:

1. Student Admissions (UG, PG, and Ph.D.).
2. Approval to admissions from DTE and ARA.
3. University Examination and result.
4. Freeship/Scholarship and other private scholarship.
5. Governing Body, College Development Committee and other committees meetings.
6. Fee collection.
7. Student Record.
8. Transcripts, various certificates, Educational Verification.

Establishment Section: It handles matters related to:

1. Statutory Compliances of various authorities like AICTE, DTE, SPPU, FRA, EPFO, etc.
2. Recruitment of Faculty / Staff as per AICTE/SPPU norms.
3. Rules, Policies, and procedures.
4. Service Records, Leave Records of faculty and Staff.
5. Salary Calculation, Pay Fixation.
6. Correspondence with competent authorities, staff welfare.
7. Legal Matters.
