About NAAC
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) was established in 1994 as an autonomous institution of the University Grants Commission (UGC) with its HeadQuarters in Bengaluru. The mandate of NAAC as reflected in its vision statement is in making quality assurance an integral part of the functioning of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
PICT was accredited by NAAC in 2004 for the first cycle, in 2010 for the second cycle, in 2017 for the third cycle, and 2023 for the fourth cycle with A+ grade. PICT IQAC continued to strive for the betterment of the overall performance of the institute.
