ACM
Association for computing machinery (ACM) is the world’s largest educational and scientific society, uniting educators, researchers and professors. PICT ACM student chapter (PASC) was established in 2011 with a view of fostering technical and non-technical qualities in an individual and helping them to shape their destiny. PASC started off with 4 founding members and in such a short period, PASC has grown to a big student chapter of nearly more than 220 ACM members. Appreciating our endeavour, PASC is awarded as BEST ACM STUDENT CHAPTER in India consecutively in 2018 and 2019.

Robocon
PICT Robotics is a place where students can indulge into their curiosity and the passion for robotics and dare to go beyond the boundaries of their academics to explore real-life applications of their knowledge, learn new technologies and be exposed to national level competitions. The students also get to interact with over 90 colleges from all over the country, learn about designs, ideas and methods.

Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) CSI Student Branch was established in 2016 with an objective to facilitate research, knowledge sharing, learning and career enhancement for the students, while simultaneously inspiring and nurturing new entrants into the industry and helping them to integrate into the IT Community.
Game Development Club
GameDevutopia is the official game development club of SCTRs Pune Institute of Computer Technology and is one its kind in the city. The club’s objective is to make people aware of the various aspects of game development and its relevance in today’s world and to provide a platform for people interested in game development to discuss and share ideas on collaborative projects.
The club was founded by 3 students who were interested in the main aspects of game development. Apurv Henkare (game coding), Mihir Ranade(game design) and Prajwal Pawar (visual arts) together started working on making a few games. Once they realized the potential and the expansion this field offered , they proposed the idea of starting a club to the college. On 9th February 2021, our respected Director approved the proposal and GameDevutopia started conducting activities under the official college banner. In the ensuing year, the club gained members and today is over 90 members strong.
In the ensuing year, the club has conducted various workshops open to all students in which various games and tutorials for visual arts have been demonstrated and completed by the participants. We have also collaborated with giant game development studio Ubisoft to provide an industry interactive session and software engineer at Microsoft Mr.Kyle Schaub. These sessions have helped our members as well as other students to understand the workings of companies who undertake game projects at a much larger scale. Our teams have also participated and won in various game jams hosted by colleges like IIIT Kottayam and IIT Madras.
Apart from developing 2D and 3D games,we are looking to expand our horizons in other fields as well. With the advent of NFTs and the Metaverse, we believe our skills can be useful in the making of BlockChain based games. We also intend to collaborate with other organizations to understand these concepts and conduct sessions as well about it in the foreseeable future.

PICT Automobile Club (PAC)
PICT Automobile Club provides a platform for students to indulge in their passion for
motorsports. It is an opportunity for students to get hands-on experience, instead of just
